Reservations up to 3 days
before arrival must be made online.

From 3 days before arrival, we ask you to call us at +41 27 967 22 64 for last-minute availability.
A reservation is only definite once confirmed in writing.

We require your credit card information as a guarantee for your reservation. A deposit of CHF 50 per person is taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable.

Your credit card will not be charged further if you have adhered to the cancellation policy.

All rates include service and VAT. The local city tax is not included.

Your room is ready for you from 14:00 on the day of your arrival.
We kindly ask that you vacate your room in the early morning on the day of your departure.


Cancellation & Postponement Policy

Cancellations need to be made in writing by e-mail. The booking conditions featured in the booking confirmation apply.

Bookings can generally be cancelled up to 1 day before arrival or postponed within the same season, however the CHF 50 deposit is always non-refundable. Bookings cannot under any circumstances be postponed to the following year. We recommend you take out travel insurance to protect you from any unexpected costs.


Dog Policy

Dogs are only allowed in the Suites and not in the dormitories and at no extra cost. We ask that dogs stay in the room during mealtimes.

Maximum Stay

The maximum duration for any stay is 2 nights.

Hut regulations & Bed Assignment
Please note that in the dormitories, a sleeping bag liner is required. It is not required for the Suites as the bedding is changed after every guest.

The beds are assigned by the hut team. It is not possible to choose who you will share your room with.

Discount Policy

Children up to 16 years pay half price. From age 16, they pay the full rate.

Mountain guides, hiking guides and SAC-Members presenting a valid ID receive a CHF 10 discount for their stay.
